Mick and Shelby are possibly two of the coolest people on the earth. Ever. It’s not every day one gets the chance to spend time in the freezing cold, taking pictures of two beautiful people ice skating. Their smiles light up even the coldest night. Watching them gaze upon each other with their eyes filled with warmth of affection couldn’t be any more heartwarming. Their love is impossible to capture in an image; — it’s impossible to capture in 1,000 images. The night could have not been more perfect; the snow was falling making for a majestic night under the twinkling, colored lights. This session is 100% guaranteed to make you fall off your seat. These two sure know how to look rad even in the cold.
To avoid confusion, I want to make it clear: sorry folks, but they’re not engaged. :) This session was done alongside 29Eleven Productions. Myself, along with three other great people make up 29Eleven. Together we specialize in professional wedding video and photography. That also means a cinematic video of Shelby and Mick will be featured here in the coming weeks. So stay tuned!
The Rosemont ice rink staff even created a custom playlist just for us during our session! Totally awesome! Check them out!
Tying each other’s skates. Cute? Yes.
The ice was fresh, and we were the first ones on it!
Could it get any more perfect? :)
I’m smiling. :)
We ice skated for a while, and Mick practiced some of his moves. Tomorrow you’ll get to see Mick do some of his fancy figure skating.
Definitely some favs coming up here!
It was time to thaw off our hands, so we headed inside for some hot chocolate and way too much whipped cream.
They finished their hot chocolate outside; watching the skaters pass by.
Are you kidding me? Stop being so cute guys!
We’ve only just begun–the best has still yet to come! Join us back here tomorrow; same time, same place for the most magical part of the evening. They only get more stunning–promise! :)
